2. In-Person AI Training
2.1. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled training date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled training date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training date are not eligible for a refund.
2.2. Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule a training session made 7 days or more before the scheduled date will be accommodated without any additional fees, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the training cost.
2.3. No-Shows:
- Participants who do not show up for a scheduled training session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
3. Digital Goods (Guides, Resources)
3.1. Refunds:
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered.
3.2. Download Issues:
- If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will ensure that you receive a working copy of the product.
